The Professionals of ITS have an enormous amount of experience with projects ranging from an oversight program over several federal facilities for the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Defense (DOD), to providing project and engineering management to several significant government environmental cleanup projects.
ITS provides technical support in the areas of multi-disciplinary integrated environmental analysis including operational assistance in regulatory facility audits, management programs and compliance with federal and state regulations. Our staff experience encompasses the full remediation life cycle: site assessments; remedial investigations; feasibility studies; decision documents necessary for public participation; remedial design; remedial action; closure and post closure plans; and packaging and transportation of waste materials. ITS offers this broad range of services by employing individuals with specific and specialized training in the fields of engineering, ground water modeling, environmental law, risk assessment and management and public relations.
ITS personnel have extensive experience in supporting and negotiating with both,
federal and state regulatory agencies. This support has entailed providing technical
review of management plans, strategic documents, procedures, waste minimization/pollution
prevention and permitting activities. In addition, our employees have authored
several waste management and characterization plans, treatability studies, engineering
evaluation and cost analysis. Our familiarity in both, the private and public
sectors, provides our team of professionals the knowledge to create final solutions
for all types of waste documents generated. ITS combined resource base has more
than 35 years of experience in the environmental management field.
