Our headquarters are in Paducah, Kentucky and we have satellite offices located in Tennessee, Ohio, and Illinois. | Kentucky Commission on Women Myrna Espinosa Redfield, Vice President of Innovative Technical Solutions, LLC has been appointed by Governor Ernie Fletcher as a member to the Kentucky Commission on Women. The Kentucky Commission on Women is mandated to promote, encourage, and provide advisory assistance in the establishment of local volunteer community improvement programs for, and in the interest of, women. The Commission also consults with the Governor on important women´s issues.
